This collection expresses a struggle, a creative block that emotionally and physically traps an individual from creating. I take creative blocks as a sign to rest and to take a step back to get a clearer picture, It is normal that creative blocks to occur and breaks are necessary.  Throughout the whole FYP, we used a design development technique referred to as Decks which allows us t break down the chosen theme by cross-referencing a Technique, Material, or Discipline with a key image and highlighting elements such as surface decoration, fabric manipulation, silhouette etc.
